Funeral services for Mandan residents Taylor Fisher, 16, and Benjamin Moch, 17, have been scheduled for Monday, October 12th, at 10 a.m. The joint service for the two young people, who were boyfriend and girlfriend, will take place within the Mandan High School gymnasium. This community gathering follows the tragic deaths of both teens, which occurred last Friday night after an auto accident in Bismarck.
Specific arrangements for attendance at the funeral service have been released. According to details provided by Weigel Funeral and information found in Taylor Fisher's obituary, those planning to attend the Monday service at Mandan High School are asked to utilize the designated east parking areas. Entry into the school gymnasium for the service should be made through the school's east main entrance.
Prior to the funeral service, separate visitations will be held for Taylor Fisher and Benjamin Moch on Sunday, October 11th. Both visitations are set to take place at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mandan.
Taylor Fisher's visitation is scheduled for the afternoon, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. During her visitation, a Parish Rosary and Vigil will commence at 2:45 p.m. Following these observances, a dedicated time has been set aside for family and friends to share stories and memories about Taylor.
Benjamin Moch's visitation will also be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mandan on Sunday, October 11th, later in the evening. His visitation is set to run from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Concluding his visitation, a 7 p.m. Prayer Service will be conducted, providing another opportunity for sharing and remembrance.
The Mandan teens' deaths occurred last Friday night following what was described as a "senseless auto accident on Main Street" in Bismarck. Taylor Fisher, who was 16 years old, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. Benjamin Moch, who was 17 years old, tragically succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital sometime after the incident.

The department has also provided an update on the status of its findings, stating that various investigative findings, including specific mention of "the racing allegation," remain preliminary. Furthermore, the Bismarck Police Department has emphasized that any potential charges that could arise from the incident are currently still under thorough investigation.
